Petitions to regulate human cryopreservation in Spain’s autonomous communities and cities
Alianza Futurista simultaneously filed nineteen formal petitions: one with each of Spain’s 17 autonomous communities and one with each of the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, requesting that human cryopreservation be recognised and regulated as a legal option for those who freely wish to choose it.
The documents published below are the original petitions in Spanish as formally submitted to the corresponding public administrations. We have not prepared English translations of these 19 petitions, as they were addressed to Spanish public authorities and formally filed in Spanish. The original Spanish documents are therefore the authoritative versions.
