Alianza Futurista is a political party registered in the Register of Political Parties of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior since 7 October 2013, and processes your personal data in compliance with the applicable regulations: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect and how

We only collect data that you provide to us voluntarily through the channels we make available.

2.1 Contact form

When you write to us through the contact form, we collect: name, email address, subject and message. Optionally, if you tick the corresponding box, also your consent to receive information from the party.

2.2 Donations form

When you make a donation to the party, we collect: full name, national identity document number or equivalent, postal address, email address and bank or transfer details. These data are legally required under Spanish Organic Law 8/2007 on the financing of political parties.

2.3 Newsletter subscription

If you subscribe to our informational communications (through the contact or donations form), we store your name and email address for the sole purpose of sending you those communications.

2.4 Membership and collaboration

If you apply to join the party or to collaborate actively, we ask you for the data necessary for the corresponding registration: full name, national identity document number, date of birth, postal address, telephone, email address and, where applicable, professional background and areas of interest. Political party membership reveals a political opinion and therefore constitutes a special category of data under Article 9 of the GDPR, which we process with the reinforced safeguards required by the regulations.

2.5 Browsing data

Our website uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation. We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party cookies for commercial purposes. For more information, see our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Contact form: to respond to your enquiries or messages.
  • Donations: to manage the donation in accordance with applicable legislation, issue the corresponding receipt and comply with obligations of transparency and control before the Spanish Court of Audit.
  • Newsletter: to send you information about the party, its activities, news of interest related to our thematic areas (science, technology, politics, longevity, future rights) and progress on our political proposals.
  • Membership and collaboration: to manage your relationship with the party, exercise your rights as a member or collaborator, and facilitate your participation in internal activities.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing we carry out is based on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a): for sending the newsletter and voluntary informational communications.
  • Performance of an agreement or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f): to respond to your enquiries and manage your application for membership or collaboration.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c): to manage donations and comply with tax, accounting and transparency obligations (Spanish Organic Law 8/2007, General Tax Law, Commercial Code).
  • Explicit consent for special category data (Art. 9.2.a): for the registration of members, which involves revealing political opinion.

5. Recipients of the data (processors)

Your data is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Only, and with the legally required safeguards, we grant access to certain service providers acting as processors on our behalf:

In the future we will incorporate other processors (for example, an email delivery platform for the newsletter). When we do so, we will update this policy, and where appropriate we will request your renewed consent if a substantial change occurs.

We may also communicate data to the competent public authorities (Ministry of the Interior, Court of Audit, Spanish Data Protection Agency, judicial authorities) where required by a legal obligation.

6. International transfers

Our main providers have their servers in the European Union or in countries deemed “adequate” by the European Commission. In the limited cases in which a transfer to a third country exists (such as Cloudflare’s website protection services), this is carried out under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or through the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, thus guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.

7. Retention period

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the declared purposes and to comply with applicable legal obligations:

After these periods have elapsed, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

As the data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Access: to know what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): to request that we delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: to object to specific processing on personal grounds.
  • Restriction: to request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller.
  • Withdrawal of consent: to revoke at any time the consent you have given us, without this affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

To exercise any of these rights, please write to us at admin@alianzafuturista.org stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document. We will respond within a maximum period of one month.

If you consider that we have not correctly addressed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD):

9. Security measures

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, access controls, two-factor authentication on administrative accounts, periodic backups, and internal protocols of restricted access to personal data in accordance with the principle of data minimisation.

Special category data (political party membership) receives reinforced protection through more restrictive access controls and a specific record of processing activities.

In the event of a security breach that may affect your rights, we will notify you and inform the Spanish Data Protection Agency within the legally established period (72 hours).

10. Minors

Our services are not directed to minors under 14 years of age. If you are under that age, you must not provide us with personal data without the express consent of your parents or guardians.

For party membership, the minimum age established by current legislation on political parties applies.

11. Modifications to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in regulations, in the services we use or in our practices. When we do so, we will publish the new version on this same page indicating the date of the last update. If the change is substantial, we will notify you through our usual communication channels.
